If you are near Nakazakicho Station, you can check out this store. Most of these are antique, and they have more retro colors. However, they sell not just kimonos, but also the accessories and scrap fabric as well, and there is the rental option. You can get dressed, and while the rental fee is a bit higher, about 9000 yen each day, it comes with everything. However, this place is busy, so make sure that you do make a reservation fast, since they do go fast.
